4. User Content and Conduct
a) Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content (ads, job postings, messages, profiles) you upload, post, or share on the Site.
b) Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to post any content that:
· Is false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
· Violates any laws or regulations (local or international)
· Is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
· Promotes illegal activities, violence, or hatred
· Infringes on intellectual property rights
· Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
c) Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
5. Listings and Transactions
· You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of your listings.
· Ads should be posted in the correct category and geographic location.
· All transactions conducted through the Site are between the users themselves.
· We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any item or service listed.
· Users agree to exercise caution and perform their own due diligence when buying, selling, or trading.
6. Payments and Fees
· Payments for premium services (e.g., featured ads) are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal.
· We do not store your payment card details.
· All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
· By purchasing paid services, you agree to comply with the payment terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
· All content on the Site (design, text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to AdsPosts.
· You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without permission.
· By posting content, you grant AdsPosts a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content for promotional and operational purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
· AdsPosts provides the Site "as is" without warranties of any kind.
· We do NOT guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access.
· We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.
· We disclaim liability for any disputes, losses, or damages between users.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdsPosts, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.
10. Termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad(Gujarat).
